Unfortunately we do not accept returns because of change of mind or purchase due to user error on the scrunchies, tea-towels, cushion covers or printed arts.
We do accept returns and provide a replacement on faulty items or incorrectly packaged items. Please contact us before returning the item.
We accept returns for clothing items within 7 days from receiving the item providing it is in new condition, unworn, in the packaging it was delivered in and with tags intact.
